Returns and Exchanges

Unwanted items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order 

Returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please email saskiaheights@outlook.com and we will send the returns address to you. 

Delivery charges are non refundable and you must cover the cost of the exchange postage. Please use a trackable delivery to return any exchange items. If you have received free delivery on orders over £100 and return your order a £4 fee will be deducted from your refund. 

£2 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Returns will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the return. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your refund. 

Please note 

Items are inspected upon receiving them back. Any item received that has makeup/tan stains will be returned back to you and will not be eligible for an exchange/refund. 

We can not offer an exchange on earrings/pierced items or bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer exchange or refund on sale items.

Faulty Goods
Each of our items are carefully checked and packaged. If you have received a faulty item or it has been damaged in transit please contact us via email saskiaheights@outlook.com
